Shipping policy

AOBiome Cosmetics ships domestically and internationally.

Currently, we ship domestically in the U.S. and internationally to: Canada, Austria, Australia, Belgium, China, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. International shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately, there are countries we can't ship to due to customs issues. We are working to have this resolved in the future — stay tuned by signing up for our email list.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and delivery status updates. You can also log in to your Shop account to see your order's delivery status.

Shipping Costs:

The Mist contains live bacteria that are sensitive to prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, so we take great care to minimize transit time. During extremely hot (summer) or extremely cold (winter) times of year, we take special packaging considerations into account for certain areas, so you don’t have to worry. 

Important Update About Shipping Temperatures:

envelopes with cold packs to mitigate temperature extremes, both hot and cold. Our AOBs are living organisms and therefore sensitive to their environment. As a soil-based bacteria, they are able to survive in much the same temperatures as humans - freezing will kill them, as will long exposure to extremely high temperatures. The AOBs in our Mist can handle short-term exposure to higher temperatures up to 95°F for several days.

Your package arriving warm is okay with the ice packs melted and has no impact on the product's life or potency. If your package arrives either hot or frozen solid, please contact us at shop@aobiome.com for a replacement.
