AOBiome Cosmetics ships domestically and internationally.

International shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and updates on its delivery status.

The Mist contains live bacteria that are sensitive to prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, so we take great care to minimize the time spent in transit. During extremely hot (summer) or extremely cold (winter) times of year, we take special packaging considerations into account for certain areas, so you don’t have to worry. 

 

Important Note About Shipping:

 

Our AOB are living organisms and therefore sensitive to their environment. As a soil-based bacteria, they are able to survive in much the same temperatures as humans - freezing will kill them, as will long exposure to extremely high temperatures. They can handle short-term exposure to higher temperatures up to 95°F for several days. Your package arriving warm is okay and has no impact on the product's life or potency. If your package arrives either hot or frozen solid, please contact us at shop@aobiome.com

My Mist arrived warm, and the ice pack had melted. Should I be concerned?

 

AOB are live bacteria and need to be handled with care. However, the ice packs are only there to moderate extreme temperatures. We don't expect the product to arrive cold, especially in the summer months. AOB are soil-based bacteria, and are used to wide temperature extremes. They can handle short-term exposure to higher temperatures up to 95°F for several days.  That said, it is important that they shouldn't get too hot or freeze.
